In the last 18 years, Evan’s companies MELT Property & MELT Homes have built over 100 properties in London, Gloucestershire and Kent with total end values of over £22m. The projects he is currently working on have end values of over £150m. Over time, his attention has shifted from residential development to mixed-use projects and commercial development with a particular focus on the hotel and serviced accommodation market.

We build individually designed contemporary properties which reflect people’s life goals and aspirations and are designed around the way people live their lives.

MELT Property is a group of property development and investment companies formed in 2002. In the last 18 years, we’ve built over 100 properties in London, Gloucestershire and Kent with values of over ₤22m. Our current development projects pipeline is in excess of ₤150m in development value.

Over time our attention has shifted from residential development to mixed-use projects and commercial development with a particular focus on development for the hotel and serviced accommodation market. To date, we have raised over ₤8m in equity for our projects.

MELT Asset Management is the investment arm of a group of property development and investment companies formed in 2002.

We are able to offer sophisticated investors a choice of a property bond or fund. We know our investors work hard for their money and are depending on it to make future plans. We take our responsibility to investors very seriously and, although we can never eliminate risk entirely, we offer the following safeguards to mitigate any downsides as far as practicable.
